Crafting

Table of contents
In Adventures of Conquest, Crafting is Skill-based. Every skill can have crafting recipes associated with it, and as such, every player character that knows the skill to a sufficient level, may craft that recipe. Crafting requires base items and sometimes, depending on the recipe, also a crafting station. The products of crafting can be consumables or powerful and unique items, but crafting itself is mostly optional.
The crafting menu lists all known crafting recipes under their associated skill. Learnt crafting recipes are always available to the whole player group, but they will only appear for characters that have the respective skill.
A green number in brackets quickly shows how much of the end product can be crafted with the items in your inventory.
Successfully crafting an item will yield some skill experience to the player character that crafted it. The amount of experience depends on how difficult (skill-wise) the recipe is for the character.
Inside the crafting menu, hover the item(-recipe) you want to craft to see the requirements and the end product. For each required crafting material you can also see the total amount of that material in your inventory, shown inside brackets.
Clicking on the recipe allows you to either craft it once, craft a custom amount of times, or as much as possible with the items you have.
Some recipes require a crafting station. If the correct crafting station is not within 1 tile of the player character, the description text will be colored red.
Example: Brewing a potion requires an alchemist table and baking bread requires a cooking station or a campfire.
At the bottom of the Crafting Menu you will find two helpful buttons.
The left button toggles the visibility of crafting recipes that you can currently craft, with the items you have on you.
The right button is a search functionality, so you can find recipes quickly, in case you have a lot of them.
